Youth of United Nations (YUNA) Tanzania
Youth of United Nations Association Tanzania (YUNA-TZ) is a youth-led non-governmental organization that promotes the work (values and principles) of the United Nations (UN) and its further objectives in the country. The organization’s activities focus on bridging the gap and bringing young people closer to the United Nations in Tanzania.Since 1996, YUNA has relentlessly worked with youth to support the UN’s ideas, principles, and purposes. Now, it has a network of about 250 UN Clubs in Secondary Schools, 56 UN Chapters in Universities and Colleges, and Youth Out of School.

Frederick Fussi was the Secretary General of the Youth of United Nations Association of Tanzania (YUNA) in 2009 and later 2010-2014 served as the TYVA Secretary General. Fussi holds the Master of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development from the University of Dar es Salaam with more than 15 years of professional expertise and diverse experience ranges working in corporate and civic leadership with a background on Senior Leadership positions in an Audit Firm, Mining, Oil and Gas companies and International Organizations.
